Helpdesk Engineer // Wilmslow // £21/22K // URGENT My client is a Managed IT Services Provider who is looking for an enthusiastic, 2nd-line Support engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a fast-pace environment and have at least two years experience in IT support. Key knowledge, experience and skills must include: - Apple Max OS X - Office 365 - Windows Server 2008, 2012 - SBS Server 2008, 2011 - Microsoft Exchange 2010,2013 Primary responsibilities would include: - Providing all aspects of 2nd and 3rd Line support - Diagnosis of Customer hardware and software - Ticketing and escalating problems if needs be - Must possess excellent customer service skills Helpdesk Engineer // Wilmslow // £21/22K // URGENT My client takes pride in sustaining a fantastic office culture and offers plenty of room for progression.
