Desktop Support Engineer - Windows 7 / Driving License Company Car included North London I am currently recruiting for a Desktop Support Engineer with strong 2nd Line Support experience to work in the health care sector. I am looking for someone who has a driver license and is confident in resolving the escalated calls from the helpdesk. You will be required to travel to 5 different sites throughout the week based around North London and Hertfordshire so it would be preferred if you lived around those areas. You will also need to be able to handle yourself well in a busy environment whilst providing excellent customer service to the users throughout the company. Key Skills required for the Desktop Support Engineer: - Active Directory - Windows 7 - MS Office - Troubleshooting - Excellent Communication Skills - Cisco Switches - Setting up Printer / Hardware - Server Admin - Must have Driver’s license - Citrix (advantageous) Apart from the technical skills required you will also need to be reliable and able to work on own initiative and have an ability to liaise with users from ground to board level.
