They are looking to recruit a Project Manager to take responsibility for the end to end delivery of projects within the Development/Support team. The ideal candidate will have a broad portfolio of IT Project Management experience, ideally with an exposure to working on Security projects. Responsibilities Managing IT Projects from cradle to grave, whilst ensuring that projects are fully documented Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of projects Provide robust, detailed and accurate project plans Ensure resource requirements and any changes to project resources are communicated to the Resource Manager. In the event of any changes to the project delivery status or possible risk factors having an impact, to escalate the project brief to the Delivery Team Manager in a time sensitive manner. Effective communication with affected Stakeholders, both within IT and in the wider business. To plan and participate in the project 'Lessons Learned' meetings and post implementation reviews. All projects must be managed in a best practice fashion whilst using the required methodology. Person Specification Previous experience of managing IT Projects; experience of I.T Security is desirable but not a pre-requisite. Strong understanding of different project methodologies. Understanding of the SDLC. Understanding of critical path method and analysis ISEB qualifications desirable. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
