Recruitment Coordinator – Hays Talent Solutions A Recruitment Coordinator Job, Mon – Fri, 42.5 hours per week, coordination, administration, data entry, customer service, contracts, HR, full time, permanent Your new company Hays Talent Solutions are based on site at the AstraZeneca Cheshire sites, Alderley Park and Macclesfield as well as Cambridge, providing a Master Vendor service. The team are involved in all temporary recruitment covering the roles that fall into the following categories: Life Sciences, IS, Admin, Operations and Professional. The roles could range from IS project managers, Scientists, Personal Assistants, to HR positions. The onsite team all have strong recruitment backgrounds, the majority having worked in their area of specialism prior to working with AstraZeneca. However due to the diverse roles and fluctuating business needs the team can often work a variety of roles from varying job categories. Your new role This role encompasses processing new starter information, processing contract extensions, checking and auditing candidate compliance information, responding to contractor queries, seeking approval for and processing contract worker extensions. You will also be responsible for student and work experience recruitment this will include advertising and interview coordination, dealing with payroll queries, and induction of new joiners with customer service focused experience. What you’ll need to succeed We are ideally looking for a candidate with proven experience of working in recruitment or a professional environment with proven abilities of managing escalations and issuing solutions. The successful incumbent will have experience of working within a pressurised and driven environment. You will also be a self-starter, hardworking, ambitious with an eye for detail and highly professional.
