Application Support Dynamics AX West London - £45k Following continued investment into a long term £multi-million IT Transformation Programme a leading provider or Retail Finance and Payment Services have created a new position for a application Support Dynamics AX Consultant to join their successful Business Analysis function. The role of application consultant Dynamics AX is to provide services to customers that support the all operations. Key Accountabilities of the Position Provide a customer driven professional service as part of 2nd and 3rd line support within the Applications Support team to ensure all queries are answered and issues resolved quickly and efficiently. Provide quality support to the business of the assigned application services. Whilst minimising downtime, maintaining continuous improvements and to report on the performance of any service Advise and deliver on all business and functional aspects of deploying Microsoft Dynamics AX and its associated technologies. They will work with prospects, clients and team members in the evaluation, project planning and implementation of Dynamics solutions. Assist with new product development and introduction. Responsible for translating business requirements into fit-for-purpose Dynamics solutions for the complete project lifecycle. Training both key and end users in the daily use of AX2102 together with user and procedural manuals Can work either as a team or independently Used general business consulting skills to implement Dynamics AX solutions to deliver tangible, sustainable business benefits. Undertake pre-sales activity including project scope definition, resource estimating, proposal development, delivering presentations and demonstrations. Become an individual with a deep understanding of key AX modules (including Finance). Understand associated technologies including SQL Server Reporting Services. Key Technologies Experience in Microsoft technologies BizTalk and Dynamics AX favourable Experience in IIS and Tomcat Experience in supporting payment processing platforms Experience of working with any Content Management Systems Knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPATH and XSD Knowledge of database technologies including T-SQL, SSIS and SSRS, Knowledge of Oracle and Sybase Knowledge of any scripting language e.g. Powershell etc. So, if you're an Application Support Manager and are looking for a new position, offering generous package, latest technologies, and variety of challenges, career progression and the chance to really help your stamp on a successful International Support team then we need to talk.
