Our client is now looking for an SEO / Digital Analyst to join their fast-paced Marketing Department. This passionate team are always looking for new ways to innovate and give their customers what they need. Your expertise could help take them further, so you’ll be provided with in-house training, masterclasses and access to excellent learning resources to ensure that you realise your full potential. As an SEO / Digital Analyst, you’ll become the voice of customers and drive change using real time analytical web data. In this exciting role, you’ll build insight and real time reporting around user activity and trends across the company’s online domains. You’ll perform comparative tests, surveys and analysis on our client’s online communication and website related activities. You’ll aim to improve the company’s understanding of what parts of the online experience are successful and what can be done to enhance online performance and brand experience. Your other duties will involve: - Delivering customer analyses such as customer segmentation, retention and lifetime value analysis - Creating analytical models, marketing scorecards and reports - Keeping abreast of trends and best practices in marketing and web analysis - Developing KPIs for the Marketing Teams to drive web-related performance To be considered, you must have: - Experience of analysing web analytics and web KPIs - Previous experience of driving consumer-centric changes across websites - A proven track record of using market-leading web analytic programmes Self-motivated and focused, as an SEO / Digital Analyst, you’ll be able to collaborate at all levels and present your findings in a clear, confident manner.
