We are seeking an experienced trainer who has a background working in a contact centre environment. This opportunity will suit an experienced trainer who has delivered training and development programmes within contact centres. We are looking for someone who is creative and will promote a modern working culture within the team. This is a brand new role which has been created in order to enhance the performance of the contact centre, measure success, and ensure the team are leveraging all sales opportunities. The role will suit a candidate who is looking for an opportunity to add value and make a positive impact. Responsibilities Design all relevant content for training materials for contact centre staff at all levels Deliver creative and modern sales training and development programmes Create the necessary tools to evaluate results and measure success across the contact centre Engage appropriately with key business stakeholders Build relationships with internal and external partners Key Competencies Significant experience as a trainer/L&D professional within a contact centre environment Passionate about modern learning with a creative approach Recognised training qualification is essential Excellent presentation skills Technical competence (PowerPoint/Visio) This FTSE100 company was founded in the early 1970s and is a market leader in the travel and tourism industries.
