IT Support Technician with experience of supporting Microsoft and Apple environments needed by this London based Software & Mobile Solutions Provider. You will have technical knowledge including Windows, SQL Server & IIS Server combined with mobile device platforms so you can support their infrastructure and the services they supply to customers. Any network infrastructure – wired and wireless knowledge. The role of the Support Technician is to assist in supporting and implementing their web and mobile applications and platforms to customers worldwide in the hospitality sector. Knowledge of AWS / Azure, web based technologies and applications ideal as they are SaaS solutions. They require a strong communicator who wants to work in a fast paced client focused environment and put their Microsoft and Apple hardware and software knowledge to the test.
