An Interim opportunity (12 months) for an HR Systems and MI professional to be operationally responsible for the day to day management and delivery of all HR systems and management information in according with governance and processes. The role will be required to continually identify ways in which operational efficiency can be achieved through technology, management information and people. Provides leadership around the oversight, integrity and administration of HR systems and MI Overarching responsibility for HR systems with specific focus on HRMS and My Performance Day-to-day responsibility for the utilisation of HRMS and My Performance Monitoring and implementing changes to improve the data integrity in systems Delivery of process improvements to enhance the utilisation of HR systems (project activity) Support delivery of cyclical employee lifecycle activity (i.e. pay review; holiday accrual; performance cycles; 360 etc.) Primary interface between HR and IT to evaluate and deploy modules within the systems that meet local requirements Oversee delivery of monthly MI to key stakeholders Delivery of MI for cyclical activity (i.e. pay review; inclusion data) Delivery of ad hoc MI that relates to the employee lifecycle Manage quality, effectiveness and continuous improvement of the HR Systems and MI offering The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Systems and Management Information professional with strong analytical skills.A thorough, working knowledge of Peoplesoft would be an advantage. This contract is with a prestigious and renowned Financial Services organisation, and offers a competitive salary of c£55k plus benefits allowance.
