Sales Operations Analyst - Permanent - London Experience in data administration, manipulation, handling and analysis of large volumes of data An overview/strong all around appreciation of technology and how it can deliver business value Experience in a pan-European or Global operating environment Experience with Salesforce A leading IT company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your current skill set. This role is broken down as follows: - 50% of your time you will be providing Sales Process and Salesforce User Support - 50% of your time you will be focusing on Sales Reporting Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Day to day support to users of the Sales Process as enabled by Salesforce Collaborating with users and management in defining, analysing, designing and documenting new process and enrichment of existing processes Supporting the identification and definition of all Sales management and information and related KPIs required across the business Supporting value-add analysis, including trends and comparatives, and interpretation of Sales reporting and KPIs, together with recommended actions to improve performance If you would like to apply for this role, please send your CV to Project People Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
