Their Ruby on Rails platform is both programmatic and analytical ensuring that transparency and relevancy is given to each company they work with to maximise online advertising. The working environment is highly Agile, they are passionate about clean code, this is a very TDD/BDD environment where they embrace a DevOps Culture while none of this is essential they do like Ruby on Rails developers who are enthusiastic about agile and its many benefits. The Role They are looking to add a Mid-Level Ruby on Rails developer to their back-end Ruby and Rails development team to work on greenfield projects as well as building highly scalable platforms which includes API development, creation of webservices, HTTP and Rspec as core parts of your daily role. You will be working closely with Senior and Lead Ruby on Rails Developers, Front End team and Head of product, being involved in the full lifecycle of software development. In this role you will get to LEARN and work on API development (previous experience is a bonus but not essential), develop Webservices, be involved and LEARN DevOps methodologies and deploy code in AWS using Puppet. You will become an integral part of the Ruby on Rails development team and get to learn some really cool tech in the process You will be a confident back-end Ruby on Rails developer who feels comfortable explaining technical concepts and has a real interest in where your role plays a pivotal part in the development process. Experience of working in Agile environments would be great but enthusiasm about learning agile concepts and methods are equally important.
