GRADUATE MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR - LONDON - Our Client are a commercial asset and property manager who are owned by a leading property investment and development company; they are continuing to expand their portfolio of properties within Central London. Following a large scale restructuring of the surveying department, they are recruiting for a Graduate Management Surveyor to carry out the surveying, customer service operation and assist in the Client reporting functions for the property managed. THE ROLE: Attending the Management Meetings, as required and provide client recommendations where necessary. Supporting the Finance Team with regard to invoicing and collection. Ensuring lease events are diarised and actioned in accordance with the Client and Associate Director's instructions. Assisting in the preparation of Management Reports, Service Charge Reconciliation Packs, Service Charge Budget Packs. Ensuring the property database is kept up-to-date and accurate. Keeping the Associate Director informed of all matters relating to the office and projects for which responsibility has been given. Becoming familiar with the capabilities and functions of company equipment and computers. Undertaking work involving conventional surveying practice in a professional and competent manner using own judgement in respect of projects for which responsibility has been given. Working towards the achievement of MRICS accreditation. Providing any support necessary to the Associate Director and wider management team. Ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices. THE PERSON: In order to apply, you MUST be undertaking the APC and have a RICS accredited degree. Please only apply if you have working knowledge of the property industry and a genuine will to become a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor. The chosen candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in a client facing role.
