This role would suit an experienced Supply Chain Analyst looking for the next exciting step in their career. The ins and outs: Responsible for category demand planning, data analysis and shelf availability you will grow and develop your specific product area by spotting trends, exploiting opportunities and pre-empting business risk. Working cross functionally you will collaborate with multiple central teams prioritising your workload whilst managing expectations and escalating replenishment issues when appropriate. Main Responsibilities: · Ensure efficient distribution of products by scheduling and revising shipment plans. · Ensuring appropriate levels of stock are maintained at stock locations across the UK through analysis and planning. · Stock analysis and inventory management in coordination with the internal Stock Auditors, Returns and Warehousing Teams and the external Customers. · Needs experience and good judgement to plan and accomplish goals. · Works under guidance but needs creativity and latitude The ability to work independently and deliver on targets. Taking ownership of shelf availability across your specific product area(s) The day to day management of suppliers and inventory levels · Balance quantities procured against demand and available space. · Minimise overstocks and advise re the removal of obsolete / redundant products actioning such changes when authorised. What you’ll need: With previous experience within Supply Chain or Logistics, you’ll be motivated by a role which challenges you on a daily basis, tests your agility and satisfies your desire to achieve results. You’ll relish being part of a passionate, energetic team which thrives under pressure as you work together to provide creative solutions; all with the customer in mind.
