Reward Research Advisor Hinckley, Leicestershire £22,000 Excellent benefits package Job Purpose To undertake research and produce tailored reports for external customers on salary and benefit related matters. We are seeking a talented individual to join our consulting team and serve our growing client proposition in the provision of independent pay advice. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with HR professionals/business owners/directors ideally in a HR or research environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Prepare tailored market pay reports according to customer requirements and deadlines. Provide data research support to Senior Reward Consultants Prepare monthly Croner Reward Pay Index data Contribute to quarterly data checks to ensure validity of data in preparation for database updates Undertake gender pay report analysis Support the sales team, providing assistance as required in their client discussions Maintain client confidentiality. Ensure that sensitive information is stored securely and shred confidential paperwork. What you Bring to the Team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Numerate, and able to work methodically and on own initiative An appreciation of job evaluation, company structures and job roles essential Good organisational and time management skills; able to meet strict deadlines An eye for detail with the ability to analyse, interpret and summarise information accurately Intermediate Excel/IT skills Enjoy working as part of a team Why Croner Reward?
