Product and Program Manager Starting immediately, a market leading private jet charter company is seeking a Product and Program Manager for its London office. The business has developed a highly successful digital presence underpinned by quality product and exceptional service. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales, the role will be the focal point for all decisions and execution of the strategic objectives of a newly formed division focusing on growing sales. The position requires the Product and Program Manager to act and be the key connecter and manager between the remote sales agents, ensuring the technical and strategic objectives of the company is translated into a well-defined roadmap, balancing the needs across all areas of the business. The role will require either direct implementation of projects as the project owner or partnering with other in house and external resources to deliver multiple projects and end product. The successful candidate requires a hands-on, can-do attitude, with a knowledge of managing teams and projects on multiple levels and able to work with staff at all levels. Additional tasks would include planning and organising various ad hoc projects. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to drive a ground-breaking program to industry leadership. Main tasks and responsibilities • Accomplishing sales objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching and identifying trends with sales organisations. •Assisting the SVP in communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing contributions. •Planning and reviewing compensation actions, enforcing policies and procedures. •Meeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions. Skills required • Ability to prioritise and plan own workload. • Experience of working with staff at all levels within an organisation. • Confident interpersonal skills and people management. •Strategic planning and dealing with complexity. •Analysing information. • Ability to understand the company’s short and medium term business priorities. • Experience of dealing with external contacts, particularly at a senior level. •Enhances department and organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value. •University degree from an accredited institution. • Prior experience in a fast paced working environment and history of leading projects from start to finish. •Aviation industry experience and advance degree are pluses Personal Qualities • Confident and resilient • Excellent communication skills • Proactive • Well-spoken and smartly presented • Reliable, loyal and trustworthy • Ability to remain calm under pressure Salary £65,000 - £70,000 per annum.
