Our ICT Managed Services client is currently looking for a Head of Client Service Management to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives. The Head of Client Service Management has overall leadership of the Client Service Management teams. It is their role to lead, develop and manage our client facing Service Management capability in line with the company strategy and customer experience. What we expect you to do · Evaluate your team and operation against our strategy to produce a 3-year execution plan, whilst ensuring a motivated and focussed team · Lead and manage your team to ensure client retention, loyalty, satisfaction and services growth · Educate and communicate the strategyto your team ensuring it is understood and adhered to · Ensure effective escalation management · Encourage, drive and support opportunity qualification and pre-sale activity · Ensure Service Delivery Management is cost effective and the workload balanced across the team · Contribute to the development and execution of the overall Service Management strategy as part of the Services management team · Attract, develop and retain high performing individuals who contribute to the success of the business · Maximise intra and inter departmental efficiencies by influencing/designing, implementing and managing people, processes, systems, tools and methodologies to support our culture, values and service propositions · Produce and communicate management/ business information to enable visibility and decision making to maximise the current and future health of the business Here's what we are looking for in candidates for this job Essential · Proven track record in client facing Service Delivery in the IT Services industry · Strong people leadership and management experience · ITIL Service Management accreditation · Proven track record in the successful provision of Service Management to high value customers · Proven track record in leadership and management of operational organisations or equivalent · Proven track record in facilitating and managing successful outcomes through direct and virtual teams · Proven track record in the successful management of key vendors to deliver against what is purchased · Business experience including financial management · Experience and understanding of sales and customer engagement through the full customer lifecycle Desirable · An understanding of the technologies and vendors within theUK portfolio · Degree or equivalent Based in Hampshire, £75,000- £80,000 plus car allowance, bonus and benefits This job was originally posted as www.cwjobs.co.uk/job/66896252
