Desktop Support Engineer - Banking A large Financial Services client based in Central London is looking to hire a Desktop Support Engineer to join a team responsible for resolving issues with desktop software and hardware including bespoke banking/treasury software. The successful candidate will have had experience of working in a fast paced environment supporting a large number staff at varying levels of seniority. Experience of working in the financial services industry would be highly desirable. Key Skills/Experience Required - Experience of acting as a Support Engineer carrying out diagnosis and resolving issues with desktop hardware and software - Experience of working within a fast paced and pressurised environment - must have the ability to remain calm under pressure - Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and executives - Experience of supporting bespoke software including Banking/Treasury software (Bloomberg, Swift, etc.) - Good technical knowledge of desktop software/hardware with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems Rullion IT Plus Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
