Due to our continued success, we are currently recruiting for a Rounds Supervisor within our Milk & Ingredients Division. We are looking for forward thinking individuals that are able to demonstrate management, motivation and leadership skills in order to support the Operations Manager and ensure that all rounds are covered in the event of an absence. We are looking for individuals who can ensure that high levels of customer services are maintained at all times when delivering high quality goods to our customers. Your challenge In this role the key responsibilities will include: To provide adequate cover on rounds ensuring the successful delivery of milk and grocery items to residents within a defined geographical area To provide adequate cover on rounds over 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday) To ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely manner and logged appropriately on the Electronic Rounds Book To encourage residential customers to transfer to online accounts To load and unload delivery vehicles to ensure all customer orders are available to deliver To manage all sales and collect money on behalf of staff members and handle cash in the appropriate manner To maintain and develop the profitability of rounds and where possible, business development opportunities and communicate to the Operations Manager To keep accurate records in order to account for all To ensure that Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times Key skills & experience Must hold a full driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills To have a good standard of literacy and numeracy Experience of keeping accurate records Must be comfortable working alone and with early starts/night work Experience of using handheld sets for deliveries is desirable The Process If you have the skills and experience in the above areas and would like to be considered for this role please apply at This job was originally posted as
