Credit Systems Manager London Excellent Benefits (Please apply on line for more information) A fully agile and innovative FinTech company in central London have a new requirement for an experienced Credit / Risk Systems Manager. You will be responsible for leading a team responsible for the effective delivery of the change lifecycle within the credit risk systems. This position supports multiple business units across several countries. This is a truly exciting opportunity to be based out of modern & quirky offices in a vibrant area of London and offers an enviable, fun working environment. The role: You will manage the delivery of credit risk strategies through the FICO Blaze decision system ensuring they accurately reflect the requirements of the originating area. Ensure successful delivery of credit risk strategies by review of the detailed design, testing approach and delivered solution Support the deployment of new risk systems as required for additional geographic regions as well as the expansion of existing capability Develop and maintain the risk systems control and governance standards including the policies, process and procedures required to ensure effective project and release management. Manage the analysis and specification of business requirements for new policies and initiatives to support the development of the technology infrastructure required. Challenge the existing status quo, remove barriers to creating an efficient controlled rapid change process. Manage the risk systems function and deliverables within budget. Lead, develop and motivate the risk systems team to attract the talent to create a high performing team. Set expectations and manage, monitor, coach and develop team members to ensure that they achieve business objectives and continue to develop their capabilities and experience Develop and support relationships with third party providers in order to support the provision of systems and data in line with the technology and data strategy, maximising the value delivered from relationships Build and develop strong working relationships with internal customers and suppliers including the credit portfolio teams and the technology areas. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required: Experience and proven track record of programme and project management delivery, delivering on time and within budget. Experience working in a regulated environment, an understanding of UK and International regulatory requirements and consumer lending risk management Experience working with industry leading credit technology such as Blaze, Triad, Strategy Manager or PowerCurve. Credit risk experience and an understanding of the technology challenges and requirements faced by industry leading credit risk functions. Experience and proven track record of managing the delivery of credit decision systems within aggressive time frames and budgets.
