We are an international organisation supplying a number of brands UK and Overseas via our resellers and online retailer network. Due to continued growth we require an Export Administrator to work at our UK Head Office. The Export Administrator is an important part of our team working within modern offices offering free parking, 25 days holiday, benefits and Mon to Fripm working hours. As the Export Administrator you will be a member of the customer service team delivering excellent pro-active customer service for the export sales department by building relationships with customers and providing seamless communications both internally and externally. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Being the customer’s first point of contact providing a welcoming, courteous and helpful service, promoting at all times a positive image of the company. • Ensuring that all customer and distributor needs are met and opportunities maximised, making sure instructions and requests are correctly interpreted and fully“owned” and actioned. • Processing all customer orders accurately and entering orders into our IT Systems ensuring that all SLAs are met, and up-selling additional products and services where appropriate. • Taking ownership for all orders ensuring they are completed on-time and in-full, keeping customers and distributors fully informed in a professional and honest manner, enabling them to accommodate any revised service levels where necessary. • Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, both internal and external – having good communication channels to ensure staff are aware of any problems and issues. • Taking responsibility for achieving all individual and team targets, objectives and personal development needs. • Providing support to colleagues as and when required. • Identifying opportunities to enhance existing working practices. • Organising and providing all relevant required documentation relating to export deliveries in a timely manner; ensure the accuracy of the required documentation. • Processing all letters of credit accurately and to the given deadlines ensuring no additional costs are incurred by the company. To be successful as our Export Administrator you should have excellent customer service and account management skills. You should have experience within export, logistics, despatch, distribution, freight or similar within an international organisation.
