About the role

This is a fast-paced and rewarding career opportunity that will suit someone who is target driven and enjoys communicating with people at all levels. We are looking to recruit an astute and detail-focussed Inside Sales Consultant, to provide direct support to the Sales Team in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers. As an experienced Inside Sales professional, you will be skilled at all aspects of the sales initiation process, including identifying and discovering an opportunity, generating interest and qualifying prospects.

This role will be located in London and may require some flexibility in hours for meetings with colleagues around the globe.


- Sourcing new sales opportunities through research, networking, inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls or emails;
- Identification of key decision makers and stakeholders;
- Acting as the first point of contact for all new and existing sales enquires
- Promoting the features and benefits of our products to potential clients
- Qualifying leads and opportunities by understanding the customers decision making process
- Collaborate with the Support, Accounts and Sales Teams to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions.
- Sourcing sales opportunities via outbound calls and follow ups to emails
- Assisting the Marketing Team with client case studies and client emails
- Research target organisations to identify the best point of contact
- Creating and updating client information in the CRM

About you

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with sales track record of over-achieving quota.
- Experience within the IT industry & ideally Telco , contact centre or Unified communications space
- Be able to effectively listen and qualify a customer's needs
- Strong relationship builder with excellent consultative selling skills
- Superior oral communication skills
- Self-motivated, well organised and able to work well within a team
- An interest in technology and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Experience working with Hubspot, Zoho, Netsuite or similar software
