An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Account Director within a market leading technology company. You will be man managing a team of Senior Accounts Managers, implementing strategies to drive new business revenue within their key accounts. With visits to exhibitions, conferences and key clients to display the new innovative technology solutions, this is a role for a hands on individual. The Role:
In your role as Corporate Account Director you will be coaching and developing a team of senior account managers. You will be driving new business revenues activity, implementing strategies and training so your team can maximize upselling and cross selling opportunities within their accounts. In a pure man management position you will be devising and executing long term goals, in order to ensure the teams performance improves year on year. Your team are handling multi million pound contracts with FTSE clients across all verticals, as such you must be able to confidently speak with c level decision makers as and when your team needs support. Attending conferences and exhibitions, you will act as a brand ambassador, representing yourself and the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
You should be a highly motivated, ambitious individual with experience of managing a senior account management team. It is vital that you are predominately a man manager. You must have a proven track record of team success, selling into FTSE verticals. The position requires excellent management skills for the whole sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure to ensuring that clients feel they are getting what they signed-up for.

The Package:
As an Account Director you will receive a basic salary of £75,000 - £85,000 plus an OTE of at least £110,000 including benefits.
