My client, a fast-growing global payroll solutions business, is seeking an experienced Java developer to join the team in Andover.

This business is growing by the day, hence why this brand new Java Developer role has been created in order to support the company moving forward. Using a completely bespoke system that has been developed over the passed 20 years, this role will join the team whose job is to extend, maintain and support the existing Java applications. We are looking for a keen developer who understands platform and framework tools, and can work well in a close knit teamwhere they will be required to contribute at all stages of the Product-Development cycle.


- Reporting
- Processing of client data
- Extensive user interface for managing all technical responsibilities

Key Competencies

- Excellent working knowledge of Java - including Core Java 1.6+, Spring projects, Hibernate projects and test driven development practices
- Solid background in web front-end development
- Strong communication skills
- Relevant degree (Computer Science or Software Engineering)
