On-site Support Engineer - London/South East- £32,000 + MS Training

Our client is a fast growing and successful managed IT services business delivering high availability IT support to mix of customers including public and private sector.

Working predominantly out of London (approx 75%) you will be based across multiple sites providing desk-side support to end users across MS Desktop technologies as well as getting involved in some remote support when required. As such applicants will need strong customer facing skills with the confidence to develop and build a personal relationships with users/managers including VIP users across the the different sites.

You will also required to be flexible enough to provide holiday cover at different sites outside of London when required. As such you will need a full UK Driving licence.

Experience required:

- Active Directory
- Exchange/ Office 365
- Windows 8/10, Office 2013/16
- Antivirus, Firewalls
- Laptop/Tablet/Print devices

Any knowledge of Windows Server is also desirable.
