Our client is a forward thinking, creative technology start-up who have just launched their exciting customer engagement loyalty app into the market. Using exciting analytic software, our clients app tracks customer buying trends and incentivises them to spend more frequently. Since their launch only 3 months ago, they have already gone from strength to strength and brought on numerous local clients and are now looking to grow into the regional and enterprise market.
This role has a fantastic Bath based office location but will also require National travel as and when. As well as an uncapped earning potential, this role will develop you both personally and professionally, and is therefore an opportunity not to be missed.

Business Development Manager - The role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be a hunter, not a farmer. You will be responsible for driving new business revenue opportunities as well as mentoring a developing a team of Graduate Sales Executives who will be targeting smaller clients. You will be dealing with Director level decision makers, therefore you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a tenacious, adaptable attitude to build solid professional relationships.
This 360 degree sales role is a perfect fit for someone who has managed the full sales cycle and closed solutions sales to large and small businesses.
Business Development Manager - The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be competitive, hungry for success and will not be phased by new challenges.
We are looking for a proven Sales Executive / Sales Manager who can demonstrate success in developing new and existing business. Core skills and background include:
- Proactive individual with a self -starting attitude
- A consultative approach to generating new business
- Able to own and develop relationships with Director level decision makers
- Motivated by over-achievement and progression
- c3-5 years experience within sales
- A positive and optimistic personality with the desire to succeed
- Experience in the food and drink market is a bonus
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- Competitive and passionate
