IT / Network Support Manager urgently required for a fast growing Telecoms Data company, this is a permanent role based on the borders of North London & Hertfordshire.
As the Network Team Leader / Manager you will be responsible for 15+ Network Engineers where this team provides support solutions to their clients covering a wide range of technologies. You will manage a growing Network Supports team and ensure that performance is maintained whilst all faults are resolved in adherence to ISO2000 / ITIL frameworks.
The successful Network Team Leader / Manager will lead from the front and be asked to improve the processes and structure to ensure greater efficiency in the team. Demonstrating the importance of developing the team and showing support to your engineers is huge.
My client are looking for a people person, someone who can engage with all the of the team but everyone knows you are the manager. They don't want a disciplinarian, that won't work in this environment.
