Elevation Office Support are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join one of our key manufacturing clients based in the Chesterfield area.

The purpose of this role is to provide efficient administrative and co-ordinated support to the UK finance team. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within an administrative background with a customer focused attitude. As a self-motivated & confident individual who is able to work under your own initiative; you will excel within this independent role.

Duties and responsibilities:

-Ensuring all day to day administrative functions are provided for the team (post, stationery orders, meeting rooms, office equipment etc)
-Managing the Finance intranet site & ensuring timely updates
-Administering the Incident Reporting system for the Finance Department
-Raising purchase orders
-Ensuring training packs & induction documentation are up to date & carried out
-Co-ordinating the training and development requirements & bookings for Finance
-Running various reports as requested
-Liaising with multiple departments and facilities
-Any other ad-hoc task as required by the department

Skills and experience required:

-Minimum grade B in GCSE Maths & English
-Excellent IT skills & knowledge of all MS programmes
-Minimum 12 months administrative background
-Confident Communicator
-Exceptional organisational skills
