A varied and engaging opportunity has recently arisen to join a long standing and well reputed business with over 40 years' experience within their industry, this company are now looking for someone to join their team as a Sales Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis in the Derby area.

Essential skills in order to be considered:

Current or previous experience of working within a Sales Administrator / Office Administrator based role

- Extremely organised and excellent attention to detail
- Confident telephone manner and the ability to challenge when required
- Computer literacy
- Good team ethic
- The ability to work under own initiative

The company also consider general office administration experience and a willingness to learn a distinct advantage.

Your job role will entail:

Chasing deliveries, scheduling and re-arranging as required

- Checking POs received against authorisations
- Inputting orders onto the order processing system
- Filing of Delivery Notes and Order Paperwork
- Gathering reports
- Matching of Purchase Invoices to Goods Received Notes
- Reconciling Supplier Statements as and when they come in

The company will provide excellent training to the successful candidate.

Hours & Salary

This is a temporary to permanent position, working full time, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm for a salary of £17,000pa
