An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join a well-established company initially on a 12 month fixed term contract, based at our Ashby de la Zouch site in Leicestershire. We have been established for over 70 years specialising in the design, manufacture and supply of Workshop and In-Vehicle Equipment, with production facilities here in the U.K, Germany and Hungary, and partner companies throughout the world. We provide both standard and bespoke storage solutions for all working environments.

The Administration Assistant position will be based within our purchasing department and will be responsible for:

Order expediting - Contacting suppliers and subcontractors as required

Maintaining and updating the company internal computer system (SAP) - to include processing purchase orders, data inputting, scanning and attaching documents

General administration support as required for the purchasing and logistics departments

Covering the site reception on an ad hoc basis

The successful Administration Assistant will:

Ideally have previous administration experience

Have good computer skills

Be familiar with Microsoft excel, word, email and the internet

Be confident and flexible in their approach to work

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 08:00-17:00 and Friday 08:00-16:30.
