Our leading National Manufacturing organisation client has an exciting position for a proven Administrator to join a very successful team in Guildford.

Your duties will be:

- Ensure all training activity is focussed on delivering against business objectives
- Be the first point of contact for operations training enquiries
- Ensure employees receive the required training (including refresher training) in order to be compliant with the Health & Safety Capability training matrix.
- Delivery of development programmes for all levels of staff
- Support the Recruitment Training Manager with the management of apprenticeships
- Develop induction material and modules for new recruits in different teams with relevant supporting material
- Engage key stakeholders in the development and delivery of training
- Management of new advisors throughout induction
- Work closely and actively engage with the operational training team and the wider HR function.
- Conduct adhoc training & coaching sessions
- Support outsource management in ensuring any outsource staff are trained
- Share best practice and training material/ideas
- Support offsite product training sessions with exhibition team
- Ensure the quality assessment process correctly identifies training needs
- Liaise with managers to develop appropriate training and development plans for all staff
- Issue joining instructions for all courses organised by the business unit.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in creating and delivering sales training programmes
- Ability to create engaging and motivational presentation
- Demonstrates confidence, professionalism, calmness, credibility and resilience
- Team player
- Valid First Aid at Work certificate (desirable)
- An understanding of CITB grant claims within Construction (Desirable)
