One of our clients,a health charity, in London is looking for a Business Partner to provide leadership to respective Directorates for the creation and development of HR strategy and policy.

Key responsibilities:
-Recruitment and Resourcing
-Health and Safety
-Employee and Industrial Relations
-Reward Management
-Change and Project Management

Key requirements:
-Graduate or equivalent,ideally HR management
-Significant business focussed generalist with HR management experience
-Demonstrable exposure to developed team and organisation awareness of the impact of decision making within the role.
-Previous track record of successfully applying an up to date and detailed knowledge of employment legislation to deliver legally compliant and business focussed HR Policies.
-Significant managerial responsibilities, including managing a small team, providing essential professional service to the whole organisation.
-Evidence of effective project management skills and the delivery of multiple projects to tight timescales which have a strong people focus.
-Experience of working with a recognised trade union.
-Good coaching skills and an approach that builds capacity rather than dependency relating to line management responsibility.
-Proven ability to write and implement HR policies applicable to the whole organisation.
-The post holder is expected to travel to Regionally and Nationally based offices minimum 10 occasions per year may require overnight stays

This is a temp to perm role,35 hrs per week,Mon-Fri with the salary between 40-50k
