Our client based in Bath is looking for a Case manager to join their highly motivated team.
They are the UK's largest fee free mortgage broker who provides client's nationwide with free mortgage advice over the telephone. They have won over 100 industry awards and consider themselves consumer champions.

Purpose of the role: To liaise between client and lender to ensure the client receives a mortgage offer.
Principle accountabilities:
*Liaise between client and lender to ensure that client receives mortgage offer efficiently.
*Manage In-tray of mortgage cases proactively, as per the workflow.
*Accurately note all actions/communications on the events log in MPS.
*Obtain the mortgage offer quickly and efficiently
*Proactively keep all interested parties (client, estate agent, solicitor, adviser and lender) updated ensuring that a high level of service is maintained in a professional manner.
*Process all assets in an efficient and accurate manner within the set time-frames.
*Maintain positive working relationships with the advisers.
*Ensure the completion of DUC call, within lender specified time-frames.
*Keep up to date with changes in lender criteria and requests.
*Manage buddy's In-tray in their absence.
*Ensure that case tracking is kept up to date.
*Ensure consistent high performance in customer service scores.
*All written communications to be of a high standard without grammatical/spelling errors.
*To complete all administration in a timely and accurate manner.

In addition to the duties set out in the job description, the employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the company's needs.

Hours of Work:
Must be prepared to do either/or shifts
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Monday to Friday 10.30am -7pm

15k per annum with an additional monthly bonus scheme of between £200-£600

Minimum skill list:
Communication skills
Communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing with clients, colleagues and business contacts.

Technical skills:
Good working knowledge of IT systems relevant to job role
Good product/industry knowledge
Adheres to company standards and procedures at all times

Personal responsibility and drive:
Prioritises effectively
Deadlines are met and work is regularly error free
Make confident and effective decisions within the scope of the job role

Working with others:
Actively participates and co-operates with others
Builds effective relationships and contributes to team spirit
