Role-Project Office Administrator

This is a great opportunity for a Project Administrator to support the PM team with your first class organisational skills.

You will be responsible for supporting Project Manager's as a key liaison between the Project Office and the customer base. You will report on projects at all phases from pre-live to post-live compiling lessons learned reports to be utilised by the Project teams. Maintenance of the project register will be a key duty and following up calls to customers and PM's alike following visits to ensure there are no issues that require attendance.

If you have experience in Jira this would be nice to have as it's used to update projects and issue reporting is completed using Jira.

If you have worked in an ITIL environment and adhered to ITIL practice this would be highly advantageous as would any certifications.
