Service Delivery Manager

I am currently recruiting for a motivated Service Delivery Manager to join a financial services company, managing the operational support of technology services across the company. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of onsite and remote support from internal and outsourced partners, and be well versed in the following:

- Incident Management and Resolution
- Problem Management and Resolution
- Service Request Management and Fulfilment
- Local IT Security Management and execution of agreed plans
- Execution of Service Improvement Plans
- Embed and develop processes, procedures and ways of working across all locations
- Service Level reports

This role requires someone to implement and be responsible for process improvement based on the ITIL framework, ensuring all KPI's and SLA's are adhered to and supported throughout the business. You will own all Service Improvement plans for internal and external partners, driving continuous improvement and excellent service. You will also manage all operational aspects of the vendor relationships, ensuring that all services provided meet contractual obligations and support the required business outcomes.

You will be qualified in the following:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience
- ITIL Foundation
- ITIL Service Operation
- Prince2 foundation qualified
- Good understanding of vendor management, cloud technology, risk management, change management, and service management.
