This is a full time, permanent position in Kettering for an experienced Senior Administrator / PA. You will be joining our progressive client in Kettering on a full time, permanent basis. You will provide full secretarial/admin support to departments and PA support to designated partners and working within a small team of 10 people.

Action: what will I be doing?

- PA responsibilities to designated Partners providing; diary management, call handling and general PA duties as required
- Giving department team secretarial support with the production of written communication including accounts when required
- Typing and completing digital dictation from system
- Client liaison - confirming appointments and log details onto the Microsoft Schedule diary system to ensure optimum time management
- Handling telephone contact with clients, making appointments etc. Reporting relevant information to colleagues
- Maintaining seamless filing within paperless office environment and ensure it is accurate and up to date. Including regular archiving and proactive drive towards paperless office
- Providing reception cover, when required
- Organising lunches and other client contact activities for designated sections
- Supporting Board meeting attendance and minutes, where required
- Maintaining filing and ensuring it is accurate and up to date. Including regular archiving and proactive drive towards paperless office
- Providing marketing support, where required
- Sorting and scanning post and documents for Partners and Departments
- Outsourcing work, were required
- Training new starters and existing staff on internal procedures, specifically relating to use of CRM

Measure: the skills I need

- PA and/or secretarial experience
- Current audio typing experience
- Strong administration skills and experience
- Fully computer literate, including excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- An excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills
- Accurate data inputting skills and eye for detail
- Ability to use initiative in terms of decision making
