Our client is an environmental testing laboratory based in Newmarket, Suffolk who are currently looking for a Bid Team Co-ordinator to join their well-established team.

For this position you should have a keen eye for detail, strong administration skills and be highly organised. The role will require you to work efficiently to tight deadlines, liaise with a number of clients in a professional and friendly manner and resolve any queries that may arise.

As a Bid Team Co-ordinator you will be responsible for ensuring that all clients receive a high standard of customer service, invoice preparation, maintaining the database and producing high quality quotes.

Your role as Bid Team Co-ordinator is also important in ensuring all quotes and tenders are delivered to the clients accurately and in a timely manner.
