Their aim is to eliminate costs and through their software, allow the industry to go paperless. The company are growing rapidly and are soon to settle into new swanky offices in central London to accommodate the growth.

As their customer base grows, they are looking for a bright and driven Graduate Business Development Executive to join their business development team and help expand their popularity within the FinTech sector.

The Role:

As a Graduate Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in building up the customer base. You can expect intensive training from day 1 to ensure your approach to sales is consultative and you are able to build rapport with new customers confidently. You can expect real progression which is flexible across different departments dependent on your skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Graduate Business Development Executive, your role will involve:

* Initial intensive training on the property market and business development skills
* Working through the market database and understand where the best leads are
* Being the first point of contact for new customers over the phone
* Introducing the excellent service, the company provide to the property market and converting leads into long lasting customers
* Working across all teams to ensure the highest standard for the customer experience

What we're looking for?

* Top academics with 2:1 and above from a Russell Group university
* Excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with people quickly
* You must be commercially driven and enjoy meeting and exceeding targets
* Previous telephone based experience would be ideal, but this is not essential
* A passion for the technology sector and IT literate
* Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
* It would be an added bonus if you had knowledge of the residential property market
* Previous experience with SalesForce/Pardot is desirable
