Since forming in 2010, this rapidly growing and successful FinTech start-up have enjoyed a wealth of success. This young, fun and driven company are based near Silicon Roundabout, the tech hub of London. They are proud to be included within the top 50 tech start-ups in London - an accolade which is no small feat considering the recent tech boom that has hit the city.

They entered the French Market at the start of the year and are now on the hunt for a Client Services Executive to assist their French Speaking clients.

The Role:

This Client Services Executive graduate job, is perfectly suited for a tech savvy grad who would enjoy a more personable role over a more tech focused one. You will be joining a very busy and rapidly expanding client services team and can expect to be trained up in their bespoke technology.

This is a proactive role which will support the company's expansion into the French market. You will become an expert with our client's complex product and learn the broad scope of its usage. You will be joining a friendly, tight-knit team in their very cool London office - working to ensure that every tough problem is overcome and each customer is happy with the service provided.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering calls and emails from customers
* Working your way around their sophisticated bespoke risk analysis system
* Carrying out verification checks on new users
* Providing support to new users so that they can get the most out of the product
* Working closely with the product team to prioritise feature requests
* Using your initiative to suggest improvements to internal support tools and processes
* Working across teams, from engineering to sales, providing crucial input on getting bugs fixed and on the features that current users enjoy

What we're looking for?

* Native-level French and English (both verbal and written)
* At least a second class honours from university
* A fast learner who is able to understand complex information
* A real team player who loves collaborating
* Excellent communication skills
* A keen eye for detail and a hunger to learn
* Fantastic organisational skills
* Willingness to go the extra mile when needed
* While previous experience is not a pre-requisite any office or client facing experience would be ideal
