IT Governance Manager (IT Finance, IT Compliance, IT Planning)

IT Governance Manager working with a leading global insurance company in the City. This is a senior role responsible for the management of IT Governance activity with a leading global insurer, working directly with the Director of IT (UK).

Responsibilities will include:
- Drive the annual IT budget planning process for all IT cost centres
- Responsible for regular IT budget reporting, controls, monitoring and driving continuous improvement in this area
- Create and maintain the service delivery orders, assess and plan for IT continuity and manage audit gap
- Maintain core IT Governance documents, contribute to the global IT reporting and execute all UK IT governance plans

Key skills required:
- A similar background within a senior IT governance role, ideally from an insurance background. If not wider Financial Services will be considered
- Strong knowledge of core IT processes and services
- Excellent financial management / controlling experience

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Governance professional to take on a senior role with a truly global leader within the insurance industry. You will have a direct influence of the strategy around process, budgets and controls moving forward, working closely with the IT Director.
