A well established and highly regarded Wealth Management firm are seeking a Business Development Executive, reporting to the Group Head of Business Development, to supports in all business development and sales efforts.

The Business Development Executive will maintain regular monitoring and tracking of new business wins across the family office and investment management divisions of the group. Reporting on a weekly basis to the CEO and on a monthly basis to the group.

Assist group head of business development and group finance with securing individual and office targets, create monthly reports for office heads on anticipated annual revenue vs target

Schedule meetings, produce meeting packs, diarise and minute monthly across business development forums and quarterly group forums.

Produce bespoke pitch presentations for potential new private client meetings, including collating slides from multiple divisions within the firm. Draft proposals and subsequent engagement letters for potential new clients.

Attend and minute potential new client meetings with group head of business development and ensure follow up on actions.

Assist group head of business development with the development of internal training and setting up training sessions for the offices.

The Candidate:

Degree educated

Experience of working within an international environment would be ideal.

Experience in a similar business development or sals role, in financial services sales/new business generation. Investment Management would be preferable.

Understanding of UHNW market.

Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Confidently liaise with senior management across all divisions and jurisdictions of the group.

Ability to manage Business Development database effectively and produce regular reports across all offices/internationally.

Ability to build effective working relationships with staff across international offices.

Exceptional organisation skills.

Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills.

Accuracy and attention to detail.
