The Role

·Assessing new accident referrals from the company’s business partners

·Asking fact finding questions to ascertain if they are fault/non fault

·Making all necessary checks & enquiries into liability

·Arranging a replacement hire vehicle and/or repairs for non-fault clients

·Ensuring all processes relating to Credit Hire/Credit Repair are effectively managed

·Working in line with operational and department SLA’s and to agreed standards

·Delivering exceptional service to customers and business partners


    Experience in Motor Claims/Credit Hire/Insurance desirable Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skillsDynamic and results driven individual
