Job Opportunity: HR Cpartner / Consultant

Location: PR26

Job Spec:

  • Undertake a wide variety of client functions and tasks across the HR spectrum, including but not limited to
  • • Advising on employment related issues and providing practical, expert and pragmatic solutions to the issues faced by clients.
  • • Providing a wide variety of HR support services for clients ensuring consistent delivery and a high level of professional service delivered remotely or on site.
  • • Drafting contracts, handbooks and related employment documentation in respect of clients specific needs.
  • • Generating own workload from existing client contacts and maximising opportunities for the Company to work with clients to support the business issues that they face.
  • • Working with other Consultants to ensure that client projects and work are delivered on time, to budget where appropriate, and in a way that meets our high standards.
  • • Managing clients through a formal system of account management on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • • Achieving the billing budgets agreed for the role.
  • • Promoting the awareness and support for the Companys brand and service offering through referral of additional on-site consulting opportunities for the consulting team.
  • • Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures, legislation, and client HR documentation.
  • • Updating and maintaining the HR Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. • Assist in clients recruitment process via the issuing of relevant correspondence.
  • • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
  • • Providing a professional response to telephonic and electronic enquiries from clients.
  • • Providing advice and drafting appropriate documents and/or correspondence for clients.
  • • Drafting and advising on employment contracts, handbooks, and policies and procedures that meet the business needs of our clients.
  • • Providing annual contract updates for client base.
  • • Researching specific HR related problems or issues. • Account managing specific clients.
  • • Assisting with other HR related project and response work such as redundancy consultations, investigations and assessments when required.
  • Our Perfect Candidate:

    • High level of maths and English, both written and verbal

    • Broad and generalist HR technical knowledge and expertise with a particular strength in employment law.

    • Small to Medium sized business knowledge/experience.

    • A passion for pragmatic approach

    • Strong inter-personal skills with ability to engage clients confidently and build relationships remotely.

    • Ability to draft correspondence, policies and other documents accurately and to a high standard

    • Ability to tailor existing company resources to individual clients’ needs and style

    • 5 years’ experience working in HR

    • Strong proven expertise in employment law and employee relations issues

    • Experience working in an HR Function at a similar level

    • Self Motivated

    • Enthusiastic

    • Able to follow internal procedures accurately and consistently

    • High level of IT proficiency

    • Full driving licence and happy to travel

    • Ability to work longer hours if required

    • Ability and willingness to attend early morning networking meeting
