Regional HR Consultant - South East

Field Based covering - BR, CT, ME, TN, DA, SE, BN

Salary up to £32,000 (DOE) + Excellent benefits package + Company Car/ Car Allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional HR Consultant who will be responsible for the delivery of onsite HR Consultancy support to Croner clients. In this role you will provide support with all manner of HR issues, creation of employment documentation and support along with the delivery of client training.

This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced, varied role which provides you with exposure to our clients in every Industry! In this role you will work from home and provide onsite support to Croner clients based in Bromley, Canterbury, Medway, Tonbridge, Dartford, South East London and Brighton.

Duties include:

  • Meet with clients and create the employment documentation or to critique the clients own documentation to meet their needs.
  • Provide onsite HR support for clients in a timely, efficient and comprehensive manner.
  • Present employment law training to clients.
  • Liaise with clients and deal with queries as appropriate.
  • Manage your workload in accordance with Croner's current policies, procedures, SLAs and KPIs.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience of working in employment law and/or human resource role.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Ideally Degree level and CIPD qualified.
  • Confident manner facing clients and on the phone.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Professional approach.
  • Ability to work under on your own initiative and prioritise your workload.
