Office Administration Assistant / Receptionist with experience of office administration and receptionist experience is required by a leading professional services company in Nottingham. If you have experience of working for a legal, banking or accountancy first then would be would a bonus

The key duties include:

- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail
- Collecting and distributing internal correspondence throughout the organization
- maintenance of stationery levels
- providing photocopying, scanning, printing and binding support for our legal teams
- assisting with the preparation and layout of meeting rooms
- organisation of catering for meetings
- ad hoc facilities duties as required
- reception duties
- telephony when covering reception duties

The successful candidate will have:

- professional presentation, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- a willingness to learn
- the ability to prioritise workload in a frequently changing environment
