Desktop Support Engineer - 2nd Line - Central London

A highly successful and well established professional services firm based in Central London (near Charing Cross) are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide 2nd line support to their internal users.

Key responsibilities will include:

Installation, configuration and ongoing support for desktops, laptops, thin client terminals, printers, software and telephony/mobile devices
Administration and troubleshooting of MS Windows Server 2008R2 and 2012R2
Providing basic Citrix support services

To be suitable for this Desktop Support Engineer role you will possess the following:

Relevant IT experience within a Desktop Support role; within an Windows environment
Previous experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office products
Strong working knowledge of Active Directory
Knowledge of Citrix XenApp 6.5 and 7.6
Windows 7,8 and 10
Understanding of LAN and WAN's
