Our client is a successful not-for-profit organisation. A Sunday Times Best 100 Companies "one to watch" they are a forward thinking, innovative and ambitious organisation. Financially strong, they currently own and manage 6000 properties, have a turnover of £45 million and employ nearly 500 people. Beyond the provision of housing, 60% of their work is providing care and support, helping vulnerable people to remain independent.

The Leasehold and Service Charge team manage over 300 Leasehold properties, mainly in mixed tenure schemes, on both a full leasehold and shared ownership basis in general needs and extra care schemes. The team also administer fixed and variable service charges for the whole of the association, including preparing the service charge budgets and accounts.

You will be in frequent contact with colleagues in all areas of the business as well as their customers and therefore it is essential that you have excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels. You will be expected to meet regularly with customers to discuss their service charges as well as give advice, respond to enquiries and complaints, maintain financial records and produce accurate budget and accounting information.
