Temporary Finance and Admin Officer - Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and the continuous monitoring of the organisations financial and administrative processes, policies and procedures. This is a temporary contract, All applicants must be available to start immediately.

The Role:

- Managing budgets
- Preparing and reconciling of bank statements
- Establishing and maintaining supplier accounts using Quickbooks
- Maintaining the purchase order system
- Issuing cheques and BACS for all accounts
- Maintaining the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems
- Ensuring the accounting system is maintained and accurate daily
- Preparing income statements

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience of working within an Accounts role previously
- Strong computer literacy
- Must be confident to present budget reports to a small board every month
- Experience with Quickbooks desirable
