You will be working for...

In this job you will be...

- Providing high quality support for company customers via phone and email
- Providing repair administration for all company & 3rd party repairs
- Issuing & checking RMA's have been filled out correctly and times/costs are correct
- Utilising the repair system to administer jobs
- Administer quoting repairs to the customer & process customer repair purchase orders
- Administer Loaning/ Demo equipment
- Supporting control of stock
- Booking of Lift Hire/ Hotels/Car parking/Car hire/ Flights for engineers
- Liaising with couriers for collections & deliveries

Your training will...

Start with a 12-14 month Business apprenticeship, which consists of 10 days of in-centre training in combination with work-based assessment, covering: IT skills, Customer service, Administration and Complaints handling.

You will gain a Microsoft Office Specialist qualifications and City & Guilds Level 3 in Business & Administration.

Who should apply...

- Someone with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Someone with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office application suite, most importantly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Someone with excellent communication and team working skills
- Someone with time management and ability to prioritise tasks based on urgency
- Someone with previous Administration and/or Customer Support experience desirable
- Someone with ideally 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English

What happens when I finish my apprenticeship...

Successful apprentices will have the opportunity for a full time job or to do a higher Apprenticeship.
