In this job you will be...

- Providing high quality repairs for company customers
- Providing high quality configuration/ staging for company customers
- Assisting with repair administration for all company & 3rd party repairs
- Assisting with Loan/ Demo equipment.
- Assisting with control of stock
- Assisting with Goods Receipt & Shipping
- Carrying out other tasks delegated by senior colleagues

Apprenticeships and Vendor qualifications L3

Advanced Apprenticeship Infrastructure Technician Level 3 ( equivalent to A- level educational level), MTA Networking Fundamentals, MTA Mobility and Devices Fundamentals, MTA Cloud Fundamentals, One Microsoft MOC on demanded course

Who should apply...

- Someone with knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Someone with knowledge of Microsoft Office application suite, most importantly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Someone with excellent communication and team working skills
- Someone who time management and ability to prioritise tasks based on urgency
- Someone with ideally 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English

What happens when I finish my apprenticeship...

Successful apprentices will have the opportunity for a full time job or to do a higher Apprenticeship.
