Infrastructure Support Analyst/Technical Support Engineer looking to utilise existing technical skills and learn new ones?

Join this growing team and you will get the opportunity to support Windows Desktop and Server, Messaging (Exchange, Office 365, Lync), Storage (Netapp, Synology), Network (Cisco Routers, Switches & Firewalls), Virtualisation (VMWare, HyperV) and Telephony.

There will be no shortage of technical challenges as the multi- client user base will require your technical aptitude to troubleshoot their infrastructure issues within pre-defined Service Level Agreements/SLA's.

You will work in a large team of likeminded technical experts who will share their subject matter expertise with you, as you will be asked to mentor and assist your colleagues in this collaborative environment.

Training will be provided but you will need to already have strong knowledge in a majority of the following technologies in order to be able to hit the ground running, and start to add value from day one:

- Significant Windows Desktop and Server and Messaging (Exchange, Office 365, Lync) experience
- Plus: Storage (Netapp, Synology) and/or Network (Cisco Routers, Switches & Firewalls) and/or Virtualisation (VMWare, HyperV) and/or Telephony.
